Another promotion for our restaurant friends in the Smoky Mountains, SD Professionals created this piece in conjunction with a special St. Patrick’s Day promotion.
The concept of the idea was actually born right here as well. We had been asked to come up with a special promotion to get Friends & Family Loyalty members out and about to enjoy great casual dining the week leading up through St. Patrick’s Day. Our Marketing team came up with the idea of a week long celebration for the guests that most often visit the stores. After a brief pitch for the managers, the deal was set and it was time to get creative.
We began our St. Patty’s project with a script. Our writers had a tough job trying to include all relevant information within the text like: a clear explanation of the week, rules for participating, how to save, where to go, and so much more. Luckily, we work great as a team, so what couldn’t be said with words, was displayed with graphics as our writers and animators worked side by side to bring this project to the screen.
Using simple pieces of Vector Art, pictures were put in motion according to the script. Complimenting all the moving pieces was great voiceover talent. We wanted to really join in on the St. Patrick’s Day spirit so finding a true Irishman was the focus of our search! We thought the video came together well and united the 4 brands and the holiday into a celebration worthy of an entire week! This video was seen across multiple social networks, local TVs, and inside each store as guests entered and left everyday. We worked very hard to complete this piece and hopefully enough folks found out about this great deal to get lucky on some great dining for St. Patrick’s Day!
